貴州電梯安裝公司維保單位專項整治工作正式啟動

為進一步落實電梯維保單位安全主體責任，規(guī)范臺州市電梯使用和維護保養(yǎng)工作，臺州市質(zhì)監(jiān)局于近日在全市范圍內(nèi)開展為期4個月的電梯維保單位專項整治工作。

此次整治將對臺州市范圍內(nèi)66家電梯維保單位單位進行全面監(jiān)督檢查。從3月開始，為期4個 月，分為工作部署、自查自糾、全面檢查、驗收總結(jié)等四個階段進行。整治的內(nèi)容包括工作質(zhì)量檢查、應(yīng)急反應(yīng)能力檢查、企業(yè)自查清理等三個方面，主要檢查電梯 維保人員是否具備相應(yīng)的資格；能否按照規(guī)定，開展維保工作，維保記錄是否規(guī)范、真實可信；應(yīng)急救援電話后，能否在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)趕赴現(xiàn)場采取救援措施；是否有 針對性的制定維護保養(yǎng)方案，落實維保工作中安全防護措施；是否能對未經(jīng)定期檢驗或者檢驗不合格、以及存在事故隱患的電梯進行自查和清理等。

要求各單位結(jié)合 本單位實際，認真制定好專項整治計劃并按要求抓好貫徹落實，同時要求抓好電梯的“定檢率、持證上崗率、使用登記率”等工作，確保專項整治不走過場、不蜻蜓 點水，按照“嚴管、細查、重處”的原則開展工作，務(wù)求實效。

貴州電梯安裝公司整治結(jié)束后，臺州市質(zhì)監(jiān)局將針對存在問題比較多和群眾投訴比較多的電梯維保單位進行隨機抽查，從資質(zhì)條件、人員配備、維保質(zhì)量等督促維保單位落實主體責任。對于本次監(jiān)督檢查結(jié)果，將統(tǒng)一進行通報，并將結(jié)果納入對電梯維保單位年度違法違規(guī)綜合量化考核當中。（市局特設(shè)處）
