“停了兩個多月了，一直沒見有人來修，也不知道為什么停?！眲⒉郎蠘翘輹r不免有些氣喘，“如果買了菜再來爬樓梯，中間還得休息一下才走得動?！睋?jù)劉伯介紹，他住在華景新城五期，經(jīng)常走路到萬佳超市買東西，再走回家。入住小區(qū)十多年來，他發(fā)現(xiàn)家門口這個人行天橋?qū)嵲跓o法讓人滿意，“沒有遮雨棚不說，有個觀光電梯又經(jīng)常壞，沒起到實際作用，很浪費?！?/p>

記者看到，天橋南北兩側(cè)各有一處垂直觀光電梯，都處于停運狀態(tài)。透過玻璃門，可看到電梯內(nèi)空無一物。南側(cè)的一樓有個護欄圍著，提醒街坊不要進入。但在其他入口，既沒有護欄，也沒有張貼相關告知。

電梯為何停？為何停這么久還不開放？記者聯(lián)系上了電梯目前的管養(yǎng)單位——廣州市自來水工程公司。貴州電梯公司據(jù)相關負責人介紹，這次停運，不是電梯出了問題需要維修，電梯并沒有壞，前期停運是因為要進行年審。

原來，按期限，到今年8月底，該電梯要進行年檢，由廣東省特種設備研究所負責。按相關排期，9月底已有工作人員到場進行了檢測，結(jié)果也合格。但截止到目前還在走流程，正式的檢測報告、合格證還未下發(fā)。按規(guī)定，電梯需拿到正式的年檢合格證后才能運行，所以暫時還不能開放。
