近期頻繁發(fā)生的電梯安全事故引發(fā)了外界極大關(guān)注,也折射出當(dāng)前電梯行業(yè)發(fā)展亂象。過去十幾年得益于房地產(chǎn)的高速發(fā)展,電梯需求量與日俱增,迎來了發(fā)展的黃金時期,不過隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)下行,房地產(chǎn)萎靡,電梯行業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入瓶頸期。中國電梯產(chǎn)量出現(xiàn)過剩,國內(nèi)外電梯品牌為了賣出更多的產(chǎn)品不得不降低銷售價格,這帶來了電梯質(zhì)量、安裝質(zhì)量以及售后維保等一系列問題,從而進(jìn)一步惡化電梯行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境。

目前我國已成為世界范圍內(nèi)電梯保有量、年產(chǎn)量和年增長量第一大國,國內(nèi)電梯保有量從2001年的30多萬臺迅速增長到2015年的360萬臺,過去的五年間我國電梯的產(chǎn)銷量都在以15%—20%的速度增長。但與此同時,電梯安全問題卻層出不窮,僅2014年內(nèi)上報(bào)的電梯事故死亡人數(shù)就高達(dá)36人。

國家質(zhì)檢總局頒布的《電梯使用管理與維護(hù)保養(yǎng)規(guī)則》規(guī)定,正常使用的電梯每月至少要維修保養(yǎng)兩次,另外每季度、每半年與每年都需要各進(jìn)行一次大型維保;《特種設(shè)備安全條例》也規(guī)定,電梯應(yīng)該至少每15日進(jìn)行一次清潔、潤滑、調(diào)整和檢查。然而,現(xiàn)實(shí)是一些物業(yè)公司為了壓低價格,往往沒有按照規(guī)定進(jìn)行維護(hù),電梯安全隱患就此產(chǎn)生。在電梯事故頻發(fā)的背景之下,預(yù)計(jì)電梯維保行業(yè)將進(jìn)入深度調(diào)整時期,優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)應(yīng)成為電梯維保行業(yè)市場競爭的重要環(huán)節(jié)。

目前我國電梯每年增長50萬——60萬臺,按照這個發(fā)展速度,我國每年需要2萬——3萬人增加到維保隊(duì)伍中,同時安裝人員也每年需要增加1萬人左右,安裝維保年增加總額該在3萬——4萬人,而實(shí)際2014年新增的安裝維保人員不超過1萬人。鑒于安裝和維保人員缺口過大,未來電梯維保專業(yè)人才將成為發(fā)展重點(diǎn)。
