《報告》顯示,據不完全統(tǒng)計,我省符合加裝條件的既有建筑約4萬棟。這部分建筑多在上世紀八十年代至九十年代建造,居住著大量的老年人,因此,對這些既有建筑采取適老性改造,加裝電梯有著現實需要。
