什么是維修，什么是改造，很多電梯維保單位和使用單位都存在疑惑。

參考國(guó)質(zhì)檢特〔2014〕260號(hào)，電梯施工類別劃分表（修訂版），什么是電梯的維修，什么是改造？這里就是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

施工類別 施工內(nèi)容

安 裝 采用組裝、固定、調(diào)試等一系列作業(yè)方法，將電梯部件組合為具有使用價(jià)值的電梯整機(jī)的活動(dòng)；包括移裝。

改 造

貴州電梯認(rèn)為采用更換、調(diào)整、加裝等作業(yè)方法，改變?cè)娞葜饕芰Y(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)構(gòu)（傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)）或控制系統(tǒng)，致使電梯性能參數(shù)與技術(shù)指標(biāo)發(fā)生改變的活動(dòng)；包括：

1. 改變電梯的額定（名義）速度、額定載重量、提升高度、轎廂自重（制造單位明確的預(yù)留裝飾重量除外）、防爆等級(jí)、驅(qū)動(dòng)方式、懸掛方式、調(diào)速方式以及控制方式；

ps1： 改變電梯的調(diào)速方式是指：如將乘客或載貨電梯的交流變極調(diào)速系統(tǒng)改變?yōu)榻涣髯冾l變壓調(diào)速系統(tǒng)；或者改變自動(dòng)扶梯與自動(dòng)人行道的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)，使其由連續(xù)運(yùn)行型改變?yōu)殚g歇運(yùn)行型等；

ps2：規(guī)格是指：制造單位對(duì)產(chǎn)品不同技術(shù)參數(shù)、性能的標(biāo)注，如：工作原理、機(jī)械性能、結(jié)構(gòu)、部件尺寸、安裝位置等；型號(hào)是指：制造單位對(duì)產(chǎn)品按照類別、品種并遵循一定規(guī)則編制的產(chǎn)品代碼。

2. 加裝或更換不同規(guī)格、不同型號(hào)的驅(qū)動(dòng)主機(jī)、控制柜、限速器、安全鉗、緩沖器、門鎖裝置、轎廂上行超速保護(hù)裝置、轎廂意外移動(dòng)保護(hù)裝置、含有電子元件的安全電路及可編程電子安全相關(guān)系統(tǒng)、夾緊裝置、棘爪裝置、限速切斷閥（或節(jié)流閥）、液壓缸、梯級(jí)、踏板、扶手帶、附加制動(dòng)器；

3. 改變層（轎）門的類型、增加層門或轎門；

4. 加裝自動(dòng)救援操作（停電自動(dòng)平層）裝置、能量回饋節(jié)能裝置、讀卡器（IC卡）等，改變電梯原控制線路。

修 理

用新的零部件替換原有的零部件，或者對(duì)原有零部件進(jìn)行拆卸、加工、修配，但不改變電梯的原性能參數(shù)與技術(shù)指標(biāo)的活動(dòng)。修理分為重大修理和一般修理兩類。

1. 重大修理包括：

（1）更換同規(guī)格的驅(qū)動(dòng)主機(jī)及其主要部件（如電動(dòng)機(jī)、制動(dòng)器、減速器、曳引輪）；

（2）更換同規(guī)格的控制柜；

（3）更換不同規(guī)格的懸掛及端接裝置、高壓軟管、防爆電氣部件；

（4）更換防爆電梯電纜引入口的密封圈。

2. 一般修理包括修理和更換下列部件（保持原規(guī)格）實(shí)施的作業(yè)：門鎖裝置、控制柜的控制主板和調(diào)速裝置、限速器、安全鉗、緩沖器、懸掛及端接裝置、轎廂上行超速保護(hù)裝置、轎廂意外移動(dòng)保護(hù)裝置、含有電子元件的安全電路及可編程電子安全相關(guān)系統(tǒng)、夾緊裝置、棘爪裝置、限速切斷閥（或節(jié)流閥）、液壓缸、高壓軟管、防爆電氣部件、梯級(jí)、踏板、扶手帶、附加制動(dòng)器等。

維護(hù)保養(yǎng)

為保證電梯符合相應(yīng)安全技術(shù)規(guī)范以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，對(duì)電梯進(jìn)行的清潔、潤(rùn)滑、檢查、調(diào)整以及更換易損件的活動(dòng)；包括裁剪、調(diào)整懸掛鋼絲繩，不包括上述安裝、改造、修理規(guī)定的內(nèi)容。

更換同規(guī)格、同型號(hào)的門鎖裝置、控制柜的控制主板和調(diào)速裝置、緩沖器、梯級(jí)、踏板、扶手帶、圍裙板等實(shí)施的作業(yè)視為維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。

Construction content of construction category

Reform

By changing operation methods such as replacement, adjustment and installation, we can change the main force structure, the transmission system or the control system of the original elevator, resulting in changes in the performance parameters and technical indicators of the elevator.

1., change the nominal speed, rated load weight, lifting height, car weight (except for the reserved decorative weight of manufacturing unit), explosion-proof level, driving mode, suspension mode, speed control mode and control mode.

PS1: change speed lift refers to: such as the passenger or cargo elevator AC timing system is changed to AC VVVF system; or change the escalator and automatic sidewalk system, the continuous operation of type change for intermittent operation etc.;

PS2: specification refers to: manufacturing units of products with different technical parameters, performance of the label, such as: working principle, mechanical properties, structure, component size, installation position; model refers to: manufacturing units of products in accordance with the categories of varieties and follow certain rules for product code.

2. installation or replacement of different specifications, different types of safety driving circuit, host control cabinet, speed limiter, safety gear, buffer, door lock device, ascending car overspeed protection device and a car accident mobile protection device, containing electronic components and programmable electronic safety related systems, a clamping device, a pawl device, speed limit shut-off valve (or throttle valve), hydraulic cylinder, cascade, pedal, handrail, additional brake;

3. the type of the change layer (sedan chair), the increase of the layer gate or the sedan door;

4. install automatic rescue operation (power stop automatic leveling) device, energy feedback energy saving device, card reader (IC card) and so on, change the original control line of elevator.

Repair

Replace original parts with new components, or dismantle, process and repair old parts, but do not change the activities of elevator's original performance parameters and technical indicators. Repair is divided into two categories: major repairs and general repairs.

1. major repairs include:

(1) replace the same specifications of the main engine and its main components (such as motor, brake, reducer, traction wheel);

(2) replace the same specifications of the control cabinet;

(3) replace the different specifications of the suspension and end connection devices, high pressure hose, explosion-proof electrical components;

(4) replace the sealing ring of the inlet of the explosion-proof elevator cable.

2. general repairs include repair and replacement of the following components (original specifications) the implementation of operations: lock device control cabinet, control board and control device, speed limiter, safety gear, buffer, suspension and end safety circuit device, ascending car overspeed protection device and a car accident mobile protection device, containing electronic components and programmable electronic safety related systems, a clamping device, a pawl device, speed limit shut-off valve (or throttle valve), hydraulic cylinder, high-pressure hose, explosion-proof electrical components, cascade, pedal, handrail, additional brake etc..

Maintenance

In order to ensure that the elevator is in line with the requirements of the corresponding safety technical specifications and standards, we should clean, lubricate, check and adjust the elevator and change the activities of vulnerable parts, including cutting and adjusting the suspended wire rope, excluding the contents mentioned above.

Replacement of the same size and the same type of door lock device, control cabinet, control board and speed control device, buffer, step, pedal, handrail belt, apron plate and other operations shall be considered as maintenance.
